For no cost, the first ten users are free and you get to choose between cloud and self-host options.
User packs come in 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 sizes.
At the top end there is an unlimited pack size for enterprise deployments.
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
A user in Documize is anyone who needs to log in to contribute or see restricted content.
Anonymous users are not counted so you can create and serve content to the internet and only pay for users that are editors.
The Essentials package provides core capabilitites completely free for up to 10 users.
The Advanced package provides content lifecycle, versioning, as well as advanced analytics and reporting. These features help to control content delivery and actual performance.
The Premium package moves all document collaboration into Documize to minimize emails, meetings and needless manual processes. Truly works at scale to remove red tape!
